How do I get in touch with you?

What are your delivery times and charges?

Add your address at the checkout page to see the shipping prices and delivery times that apply to you.

Can you ship to my country?

Our international orders travel with DHL. If DHL delivers to your country, then we can ship to you too!

How do I track my delivery?

As soon as your order leaves us, a confirmation email with the tracking details is sent to you. Should it not arrive for any reason, just email swanandedgarwatches@gmail.com quoting your order reference number and we will gladly help.

How will I receive my order confirmation?

An order confirmation email from Swan & Edgar should land in your inbox. If you cannot see it within 4 hours of ordering, please check your spam filters as well. Still nothing? Write to us at swanandedgarwatches@gmail.com stating the model and the time of the order.

How do I register my 5-year Warranty?

Every watch we sell carries a 5-year warranty, and you can register it within 28 days of purchase using this link: product registration

Where can I find the model number to register for the 5 year warranty?

You will see the model number on your order confirmation and also on the product page here on the website. Having trouble finding it? Email swanandedgarwatches@gmail.com with your order number.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are free for 30 days. You will find all the details on how to send your return back through this link: return policy

I purchased my watch more than 30 days ago, can I return it?

Our free returns policy runs for 30 days. Sadly we are unable to take returns past that date, unless the watch has a manufacturing fault — in which case we will arrange a repair or a replacement. 

When do I receive the money back from my return?

Refunds are normally processed within 10 working days from the moment your return reaches us.

Can I change the details of my order after I have checked out?

To amend or cancel an order, get in touch with us straight away at swanandedgarwatches@gmail.com. Once our warehouse has processed the order, no further changes are possible.

Can I exchange my product for another?

Of course — as long as the item is unused, in good condition and still within 30 days of purchase. To set it up, just fill in the returns form: return policy

How do I change or adjust the straps?

Without a “spring bar removal tool” at hand, our advice is to pop into your local watch repair shop.
