This Fields Luxury Limited warranty (the “Swan & Edgar Warranty”) covers genuine Swan & Edgar watches bought in their original labelled packaging and sold or submitted for warranty service in any country (the “Watch”).

Under the Swan & Edgar Warranty, Swan & Edgar warrants its Watch against manufacturing and material defects for Sixty (60) months counted from the date of the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The Swan & Edgar Warranty applies solely to watches acquired through the official Swan & Edgar webpage or from an authorized reseller. In line with the Swan & Edgar Warranty terms, Swan & Edgar will repair or replace your Watch or the affected part at no cost to you. Please be aware that the rights granted by the Swan & Edgar Warranty come in addition to the rights and remedies established by the consumer laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. In other words, the Swan & Edgar Warranty and its benefits supplement — and never replace — the rights provided by the applicable consumer law.
The Swan & Edgar Warranty excludes:
(a) watches that are not Swan & Edgar,
(b) batteries, straps, link bracelets and glass,
(c) ordinary maintenance and cleaning,
(d) damage of any nature where evidence shows it resulted from an accident, misuse or mishandling of any part of the watch, use that departs from the instructions or guidelines supplied with your Watch, lack of care or poor maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any cause other than a defect in the Watch’s manufacturing or material(s),
(e) water ingress arising from use that conflicts with the Watch’s ATM (Atmospheres) rating,
(f) damage caused by repair, service or alteration performed by anyone who is not an authorized Swan & Edgar retailer or service provider. In addition, the Swan & Edgar Warranty is void whenever the serial number engraved on the watch’s case is absent or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced or rendered illegible.
Should you file a claim covered by this Swan & Edgar Warranty within the Warranty Period, Swan & Edgar will, at its own discretion: (a) repair the Watch with new and/or previously used parts whose performance and reliability are equivalent to new; or (b) replace the Watch with the same model (or, with your agreement, a product of similar functionality) built from new and/or previously used parts whose performance and reliability are equivalent to new. When a warranty claim is filed in a country other than the Watch’s country of purchase, Swan & Edgar may repair or replace the Watch and/or parts with comparable Watch’s and/or parts that meet local standards. You will not be charged for a repair or replacement under this Swan & Edgar Warranty when your claim falls within its scope. Swan & Edgar will also cover the return shipping and handling costs for the Swan & Edgar Warranty. Where the Swan & Edgar Warranty does not apply, is void or is rejected, Swan & Edgar will inform you and you may then decide whether to go ahead with the repair or replacement or to have your watch sent back. If you choose to proceed, you will be charged for part or all of the repair or replacement, return shipping and handling costs included.

Our team can share all the information about the warranty service provided under this Swan & Edgar Warranty. Additionally, to qualify for repair or replacement under this Swan & Edgar Warranty, the returned watch has to come with a proof of purchase — for instance a copy of the order confirmation email or the purchase receipt. Whenever you send your watch in for repair or replacement, make sure it is packaged with care so that no damage occurs in transit.
Save as set out in this Swan & Edgar Warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, Swan & Edgar bears no responsibility for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from any breach of a warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill. Subject to the applicable laws and regulations, Swan & Edgar’s maximum liability for breaching any written or implied warranty relating to the watch shall not exceed the watch’s retail purchase value.
