Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Every timepiece at Swan & Edgar is made with craftsmanship and quality we stand behind. Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are completed within 10 working days of receiving your return.

Items sent back must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with every piece of packaging, label and protective sticker still intact. Proof of purchase is required. Where a complimentary gift came with your order, it has to be returned as well; if not, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

HOW TO BEGIN A RETURN

To start a return, simply write to our customer care team at swanandedgarwatches@gmail.com. As soon as your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label together with full instructions.
Do note that parcels sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted. If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, we advise a tracked and insured service, since Swan & Edgar cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns are accepted from both domestic and international returns. Once the item reaches us and has been inspected, the refund is processed and issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are deducted unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Should your order turn up damaged, defective or incorrect, reach out to us straight away at swanandedgarwatches@gmail.com, quoting your order number and attaching a clear photo of the issue. Our team will review the matter personally and arrange a swift resolution.

EXCEPTIONS

Some products are not eligible for return, among them personalised or custom-made items, special orders, and anything that contains hazardous materials such as lighters or flammable liquids. Get in touch with us if you are not sure whether your item qualifies.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

For an exchange, the smoothest route is to return the original item and place a fresh order once your return has been accepted. After your return is received and approved, refunds go back automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return. Do allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to finish the process.
